When you connect your accounts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon, Noon, Salla, or Trendyol to Noura Sky via OAuth, we receive limited data including:

• Ad account performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Campaign, ad set, and ad-level configuration
• Audience and targeting information (where applicable)
• Order, product, and inventory data from connected marketplaces

We use this data solely to provide the management, reporting, and analytics services you have subscribed to. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than serving you, except where required by law.

For Meta-sourced data specifically:

• We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
• You can revoke access at any time via Facebook Business Settings or by contacting us
• We delete Meta-sourced data within 30 days of you disconnecting your account or requesting deletion

We retain data only for as long as needed, then securely delete or anonymise it.

10. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Noura Sky's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only use access to Google user data (Google Ads campaign data, account performance metrics) to provide the user-facing features of the Noura Sky management dashboard.
• We do not use this data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI/ML models.
• We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide user-facing features or comply with applicable law.
• We do not use this data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have obtained affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law.

You can revoke Noura Sky's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

11. Meta Platform Data Compliance

Our handling of data accessed via Meta's APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies:

• We access Meta user data (Facebook and Instagram ad accounts, campaign data) only with explicit user authorisation via OAuth.
• We use Meta data exclusively to provide the user-facing advertising management features of Noura Sky.
• We do not combine Meta data with non-Meta data in ways that would violate Meta's data combination restrictions.
• We delete Meta-sourced data within 30 days of account disconnection or upon explicit deletion request, whichever is sooner.

12. Children's Data

Noura Sky is a business-to-business platform intended for use by e-commerce sellers and their authorised team members. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Noura Sky Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14526671). Personal data is processed under the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
